The upstairs accommodation comprises lounge-diner with large stone arch fireplace and a wood-burning stove; bedroom which sleeps three, with en-suite shower/WC and a compact, well-equipped kitchen. A couch in the lounge-diner also doubles as an extra pull-out twin bed.

Below is a spacious studio with a double futon and traditional French wood-burner. It has its own shower/WC and kitchenette. The utility room has a sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside are two terraces and a rock garden overlooking the River Lot, commanding outstanding views of the river valley and mountainside.
